White tea

Bai Hao Yin Zhen

White tea · Yunnan · buds only

“Silver Needles with White Down”: buds only, without leaves. White tea undergoes very little processing. Meadow grasses, nettle and clover in the aroma; a fresh flavour with a light tart note. A gentle tea for an unhurried conversation or a hot day.
