Wuyi oolong

Da Hong Pao Shuixian Qing Xiang

An oolong made from Shuixian, or “Water Sprite”, a classic Wuyi cultivar. Qing Xiang means “fresh fragrance” and describes a lighter roast that preserves pronounced floral notes and very little astringency, unlike the traditional heavily roasted style. The infusion is pale amber, with an orchid-like floral aroma, gentle sweetness, a light nutty note and a clean, fresh finish.
