A Phoenix dan cong of the rare ginger-lily aroma type (姜花香); its scent is so high and long-lasting that growers nicknamed it “the aroma that reaches heaven”. Both the dry leaf and the cup carry big white-flower notes of ginger lily and gardenia, with a creamy, almost buttery sweetness. The taste brings ripe yellow fruit close to mango and the light bitterness typical of dan cong, which turns quickly into a sweet finish. It holds up over many infusions, and the fragrance doesn't fade.
