Made the same way as the Fujian one: the leaf is rolled into tight pebbles and coated with ginseng root and liquorice powder. The brew is sweet with a ginseng aftertaste — ginseng leads the first pours, then the oolong itself comes through. It differs from the Fujian one in leaf grade; the master will help you pick the one for you.
