Huang Shan Ya

A yellow tea from Anhui, where misty mountains and a mild climate favour delicate leaves. Ya refers to tender, early-harvest buds. Gentle yellowing, known as menhuang, softens the green notes, giving a smooth, rounded infusion with light sweetness and a delicate aroma, without astringency or bitterness.
