A green tea of small buds covered in silver down, scented with living jasmine blossoms: the flowers are layered with the tea leaf several times so the buds soak up the fragrance, then removed. The aroma is clean jasmine, never soapy or perfumey. The taste is a soft floral sweetness over a light green base with almost no bitterness. A calm, delicate tea that holds up over several infusions.
