Banzhang Raw Pu-erh

A 2023 raw pu-erh made with leaves from Banzhang in Xishuangbanna, one of Yunnan’s most renowned tea areas, known for its powerful character. While young, the infusion is bright, pale yellow and full-bodied. An apricot note recalls apricot fruit leather; the bitterness quickly turns to sweetness and a long, fresh finish. A tea with good potential for ageing over many years.
