Consent to personal data processing

Data

Depending on the service: name, phone number or Telegram contact, city, delivery address or pickup point, order or booking details, comments and business-enquiry details; for teaware repair, a damage description and an optional photo; for an account, name, phone number, an irreversible password hash and a session-token hash. Technical data described in the Privacy Policy may also be processed.

Purposes

Creating and fulfilling an order, arranging payment and delivery, managing a booking, assessing and handling a teaware repair request, answering a business enquiry, creating an account, showing its history to its owner, and keeping the website secure and operational. This consent does not cover advertising messages.

Processing operations

Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, correction, retrieval, use, disclosure to necessary service providers, anonymisation, restriction, deletion and destruction by automated and non-automated means.

Recipients

Where necessary: T‑Bank for payment, CDEK for delivery, the seller’s accounting systems and authorised staff. Details and retention periods are set out in the Privacy Policy.

Duration and withdrawal

Consent applies until the relevant purpose is met or the retention period in the Privacy Policy expires, unless the law requires longer storage. To withdraw consent or request access, correction, restriction or deletion, email chainya@bk.ru. Withdrawal does not invalidate prior lawful processing or remove statutory record-keeping duties.

Consent record

Consent is a separate action from placing an order, making a booking or registering. The server stores this text version, time, form purpose and submission channel with the created record identifier, without adding an IP address or device fingerprint as consent evidence.
