General terms

This page identifies the seller and explains how goods are purchased at chainya.ru. The order contents, final price and delivery method are displayed before payment. By placing an order, the customer accepts the version of these terms in effect at that time.

Payment

Prices are stated in Russian roubles. Online payment for new orders is completed on the secure YooKassa page by bank card or another method available there. Chainya.ru neither receives nor stores card numbers, expiry dates or CVC codes. An order is treated as paid only after confirmation from the payment provider. Orders are paid in full in advance. A prepayment receipt is issued at payment; a final-settlement receipt crediting that prepayment is issued when the goods are handed over to the customer. There is no second charge.

Pickup and delivery

Orders can be collected from the tea house at 3 Ostryakova Street or delivered by CDEK. The delivery price and estimated time are calculated before payment using the city, pickup point or address selected. The customer is responsible for providing correct contact details.

Cancellation and returns

Before an order is handed to the delivery service, cancellation can be requested by email or phone with the order number and contact details. If payment has already been completed, it is returned through the original payment method after cancellation is confirmed. Bank processing times may vary. Returns and exchanges of food products, and claims concerning defective goods, are handled in the cases and manner required by Russian law.

Quality and enquiries

If an item is damaged, incorrect or not as described, email chainya@bk.ru with the order number, an explanation and photographs where possible. We will review the request and offer a remedy provided by law.
