Data we collect

Your name, phone number or Telegram handle, city, address or selected pickup point, order comments and contents. A repair request also includes the damage description and an optional photo. When you create an account, we store an irreversible password hash and an active-session token hash; the password itself is never stored.

How we use it

To accept and confirm an order or booking, arrange payment and delivery, assess whether teaware repair is possible, show an account holder their orders, answer an enquiry and contact you about your request.

How we process data

Data is transferred over an encrypted connection, stored on the website server and may be sent to the seller’s authorised staff through Telegram. We do not sell personal data or use it for unrelated mailings.

Legal grounds

We process data on the basis of the visitor’s separate consent, to enter into and perform a contract at the visitor’s request, to comply with the seller’s legal obligations, and for legitimate interests in website security and legal protection where the visitor’s rights and freedoms are not overridden.

Website statistics

We count anonymous visits and on-site actions to understand which sections are useful. The analytics data itself contains no IP addresses, cookies, advertising identifiers or device fingerprints. A random technical identifier remains in the browser until the tab is closed; the server receives only its hash, which is not linked to an order or contact details. Raw events are retained in the live database for no more than 360 days and may remain in backups for no more than 32 additional days. Standard server logs may temporarily contain an IP address for security and diagnostics. No statistics are sent when Do Not Track is enabled.

Browser data and necessary cookies

Before sign-in, the website sets no cookies. localStorage keeps language, favourites and cart preferences; sessionStorage keeps a temporary analytics-session identifier, campaign source and checkout-recovery data on the user’s device. After account sign-in, one strictly necessary secure HttpOnly session cookie is set for up to 30 days. It is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

Sharing with service providers

Information required to fulfil an order may be shared with T‑Bank for payment, CDEK for delivery and accounting systems used by the seller. Only the information required by each service is transferred.

Retention and deletion

A personal-account session lasts 30 days; only its token hash is stored on the server. The profile is retained until deletion. Booking, teaware-repair and business enquiries are anonymised 333 days after their last update; repair photos are deleted at the same time. Backups are purged after 30 days, so original contact details and photos are retained for no more than 365 days. Order contact and delivery-address data is anonymised five years after its last update and may remain in backups for no more than 32 additional days.

Your rights

You may request information about processing, access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, restriction or cessation of processing, blocking, deletion or destruction where legally available, withdraw consent, and complain to Roskomnadzor or a court. Email chainya@bk.ru; we may need your contact details and order or booking number to locate the record.

How we protect data

We restrict access, use encrypted transport, hash passwords and session tokens, check access rights, keep backups and technical logs, and apply documented anonymisation and deletion periods. Access is limited to what is necessary to operate the website and fulfil a request.

The consent accepted through a separate checkbox or bot confirmation is published as a separate document. Open the personal data consent.

Returns and enquiries

For cancellation, refunds, product quality or personal-data enquiries, email chainya@bk.ru or call us with the order number and your contact details. Payments are returned through the original method once the grounds are confirmed and in accordance with Russian law.
